I honestly love it, when I'm waiting for an inspection I hop on to read it. They complain about everything and ask the dumbest questions. I can't comment though since my job does a lot of work in highlands ranch and some of these people are clients hahaQuote:

There are aprox 5 lost cat posts on there as well for my neighborhood. 3 of the owners have found collars, but no cat. They still think it's going to come home. We have a LOT of yotes in the neighborhood. One doofus actually posted that they called the police to file a missing cat report. He posted that wonderful tidbit to notify the others that the police will only direct you to Animal Control.

I live in a blue neighborhood, so it's expected.
On the plus side, I was able to help out a nice elderly lady by fixing her Honda in five minutes when her preferred shop wanted to charge her $700.
