Easy peasy. Bullsnakes are a protected minority and shielded by the ADA cause they aint got no legs. Charge them to build handicap ramps so that the snakes can reach the accessible bathrooms.

I think so. She said they need to dig a hole, so I am guessing that is what was meant.

I told her to get a few more estimates but she is from South Africa and thinks all snakes are devourers of children, so it needs to be done immediately.

I'm not an expert, so I do not know how to get em out and trap them, but you are welcome to relocate them here.
I'll even bring a bucket and come pick them up.

Good mousers. If they are like are like rattlers/salmon, they return to the birth place.

The only reliable way is to remove their food source.
Plus with it cooling off your liable to have a den of 50 snakes

I worked for a major homebuilder in the 80's-90's. Major problem with settling of porches and patios due to lack of compaction/get it done construction practices. Ideal for rodents and snakes.

Some homeowners had followed the advice of placing mothballs in the holes. The guys tearing out the concrete would always tell the newbies they were snake eggs.
