The insinuation, by Biden, apparently, is that anything exceeding biological need, is superfluous. If you choose to own clothes that exceed the cost of Walmart, that's like driving a Ferrari. If you choose to buy a home that exceeds mobile home valuation, that's like driving a Ferrari.
Alas, it's sad: he's apparently never had 25 miles on a good tight windy road in an air-cooled 911 with the top down, his perspective could be enlightened greatly.
