Is this 2000?

Think I saw myself one of them 1%er's, He appeared to be lost. At wads,just north of Jewell. Wearing a mask and holding a sign, So, my guess is, must have been an anarchist... Not sure, He was on the other side of the road, so I couldn't read the sign.
