I was under the impression he was there for open enrollment some months back, and there were dues and clean up days required of members and they could have guests. I had that all wrong it seems.

No no... What Roberth is saying is, "You don't need a membership to come shoot. I can bring guests!"

Basically, a non-member has to come with a member and pay a $5 fee.

All the time. Except at work its usually moths flying randomly or beetles walking in circles. Sometimes, you don't want to interfere just because its something to do.
