Look closer, handicap sign & truck parked on hash marks?? And of course a a city truck.

I saw the HC sign, but took that as the space to the far side of the drive entry. I also saw that the truck was parked in the stripe zone, but I figured it was (CSU?) maintenance truck on duty. I thought the same about Can't Park thread, but I didn't see any humor...
