Just looked him up. I remember Super Dave, but the dude did a lot more. Comic, TV, movies, screen writer. Even won two Emmy Awards (nominated for 4 more).
Not funny but unexpected. 95 yr old Mother-in-Law moved in with us a few months ago. She was quite the artist, we were going through some of her drawings and found this from when she was 19 yr old and a student at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Large pencil study. Those are robots playing Hockey!

Yep, pretty good huh? She really had the shading and perspective down. She can't remember where the robot idea came from.
