IMO it was due (Based on first hand experience) to past employees who were looking out for them self and not the business. . HOWEVER this is a whole different thread in itself. If you'd like an example i'd be happy to expound on.

We have most of our products priced with Deal Coin Discounts, if you have something specific in mind, shoot me a PM and I'd be happy to let you know. Each product will have a different discount applicable to it depending on the product, cost of materials and labor, markup, etc., ranging from about $25 to $1500 off the retail price. (The $1500 is for a weapon system that won't be in production for about another year roughly. .50 BMG semi-auto sniper rifle)
There are a LOT of things that went "wrong" that were out of our control, beyond personnel having personal agendas, but yes: just about everybody has gotten their product or a refund (issued over $600k worth of refunds so far actually). The few people that haven't are folks that never submitted their graphics, never sent in an FFL for transfers, etc.
I'll have to pass that idea along :-) Thanks!
Well everybody, I'm really sad to have to say this, but Shadow Ops Weaponry is closed for good. SOW closed its doors indefinitely on Jan 30 after the investment group that owned the managing shares of the company showed up with a police escort about 2:30pm and told everyone to pack up their belongings and GTFO. I'm in the process of looking for another job, and while this isn't my responsibility anymore, I wanted to try and make everyone aware of the situation. I'd be happy to forward along the info for the 2 managing partners if you'd like to give them a call, but honestly I don't think they'll be much help :-/ Feel free to PM me here, I'll keep monitoring this account for the next coupla weeks to see if there's anything I can do for you all.
Mods, please shutoff this account at the end of February :-(
Wow. Sad to hear about that Sam. Hopefully you get something soon!

So if they're holding your can....what's the next call? ATF?
I'm awaiting advice here. All ears.
Wow. I guess I'm lucky since I will be looking for a .30 cal can in the next week or so and I was tempted to order one from SOW to keep it local.
I know for a fact they're in possession of my can. I've seen it, even took pictures of it.
I want t to know where the safe full of cans I saw are now at?
