I've got the kind that needs more pressure than a regular cpap can't keep up.

Dude, use the machine and be alright with it. Lots of folks have to use it, you'll get used to it.

I once lived in a room in the office section of an active air force hangar and I learned to sleep through it. You'll be able to tune it out soon enough. :)
