Cool video of Solar Mass Ejection...
CMEs are awesome, but kinda scary.... I'm addicted to that show on History "The Universe" and they talk about how a really big CME aimed right at earth could cause some EMP like effects. Solar wind and CMEs are responsible for the Auroras too, so they can make for some awesome shows in the sky! They anticipate a real good one to hit later this year, I might have to fly up to Alaska this winter and check out the northern lights.Quote:
