Great choice, I have the same one for my shield, but the Ambi model. I like how the clip is offset. Good option if you are looking for thin.

I saw that one but didn't figure I needed the ambidextrous feature. I did like the fact that you can adjust the height of the belt attachment some to control how high or low the gun sits inside the waistband.
Like I said, I needed to order something so I went with a brand I am familiar with and we'll see what happens.
I was looking at the incog eclipse for the 43, but for the price the blade tech looks like it will work just as well. Let us know how she shoots, if you lived closer I would have to take you up on that offer and see how she shoots.
Here are some shots of the 43 all torn down. Most of the parts are smaller versions of the standard Glock stuff but there are a few little pieces that are a bit different so I will point them out.
Here is a shot of the whole thing.

Here is a shot of the slide assembly.

And here is a shot of the lower parts.

Now the pieces that are a bit different.
The trigger return spring setup in the ejector block is a different design.

The take down lever looks the same but uses a coil spring instead of the flat wire.

The spring for the slide lock is also a coil spring.

And the striker safety plunger is a different design.

That's awesome that you took it all apart and posted pic! Man I can't wait to get one.
It was getting disassembled anyways. Just something I do with every firearm I acquire, whether new or used. It gives me a chance to give it a good inspection, clean out any gunk from the manufacturing process, lube everything the way I want, and address anything I might see as a potential issue.
Figured since it is a new model I might as well take some pictures while I had it apart in case anyone was curious about it.
Awesome write up and review Ray, looking forward to the range report.
I was up early so decided to see about making myself a holster. Drug out the Kydex stuff and started a little appendix carry holster. Just did the molding and the basic cut out for now. Hopefully I'll have some time later today to refine and finish it and make the belt clip.
