Modding a Mosin?

I bet if you spun that leapers mount around backward you could almost use a normal scope on there. It would take from you 1" forward to one inch back

You can do this but you need to get the bent, turned down bolt handle. Thats why I went with the long eye relief scope, I couldnt find a bent bolt

I will have to look again. When did you get yours? I was looking last year and couldnt find anything anywhere

I think it was beginning of the last year...

Finished mine 2 weeks ago. I love how it came out, unfortunately my son loved it more and he does not have a hunting rifle yet. It is now his.

He is really happy with it.
