To rent. Google says it’s hit or miss as to what they have and that there are considerable delays before they’re made available. That said, I think that’s the only legal option available.Quote:

Altered Carbon was awesome. Netflix should do more stuff like this and less Marvel crap.
Hasn't Altered Carbon only been out a week? I'm on my down time and can't even watch a show that fast.
