I put a premium on endurance, as far as physical abilities.

i don't talk to strangers about religion...i politely change the subject....if they persist i walk away.

that is what i am working on. increasing my overall strength and endurance. one day i'd like to be able to say i did 100 burpees without stopping...or something like that.

i know what you mean - i lifted this morning and then this afternoon i loafed instead of riding a bicycle.

I let the LDS missionaries know that it's highly unlikely that they have enough life experience to have had their faith truly tested. Seeing as most of them are 19yr old, I'm probably not that far off....

Funny thing about this.....

i just got done with the 10k kettle bell swing challenge..... 45lb kettle bell, 1000 times per day for ten days straight.
