I work off the pile system. Every few months I go through the piles and toss or keep. Just move to another pile. The longest lasting pile must then get filed. I wish I had the time and motivation to scan it all.
It's always slightly amusing to listen to the wife get ready for work at 0400.
But she's gone now, off to catch babies.
