I just got my first stamp today! The item was a suppressor purchased from Dakota Silencer then Form 3'ed to a local dealer. The Form 3 process took from about 3 months before the local dealer had it. I dicked around with getting the Form 4 started and it took about 6 months from the time I mailed the Form 4 until the stamp was received. In a twist of irony, I started a Form 1 for an SBR just this past Tuesday.
Type of transfer: Form 4 Suppressor to trust
02/28/2015 : Mailed
03/09/2015 : Check cashed
07/25/2015 : Approved
08/28/2015 : Stamp received
This was my first suppressor, I used a trust.
Ordered Ti-Rant 9 from Silencer Shop 2/18/15
Check cashed 4/13/15
Form 4 approved 8/22/15
In my hands 8/30/15
Chris Love in Brighton handled my transfer, very professional, highly recommended.
Not having a stamp going was driving me nuts. :D Crazy that I had one sitting in draft since May and never submitted it until today. [Bang] Will be dedicated screw on can for my 9" AAC 300BLK SBR. Maybe then I'll install a slightly longer rail.
Submitted "FMI" with my model and serial number raising the Attachment 60664 warning symbol.

Submitted another one on the same day, it shows approved in the eforms login. No email and the form has a submitted watermark on it. [facepalm]
2 form 4's, sent May 1st, check cashed May 4th, Approved August 29th, picked up both today, September 6th.
I've gotta be getting close! My latest Form 4 was submitted May 5th.
I'm close to that same timeframe . . . ATF received app and cashed the check on 5/22.
I'm a little hacked, though, because I had picked an FFL that was 10 mins from my house off the Silencershop website . . . and they ended up moving from C-470 & Santa Fe to freakin' Elizabeth. If I would have known that, I would have picked a different dealer. Probably a bigger crapstorm to try to change it now, so whenever it comes in I'll be driving an hour to pick it up.
