Did you do a trust or individual? Individual are the only ones getting quick approval. Trusts are still around 130+ days. They are approving Form 4 trust that were sent in late April early May now.Quote:

Was told 180 days to get my money back and that I have to re-submit. Was declined because I used my name as 'applicant name' rather than my trust name.
edit: also it was two form 1s :(
Email Ted Clutter at the ATF. He will let you correct the forms and resubmit. Usually will approve them in a day or so if the corrections are right.Quote:

Mailed Form 4 trust on 5/15. Got call on 9/15 and will be picking up on my way home from work.

Still waiting on form 1s Efiled in June, July and August.
