Getting the skull officially measured for Boone and Crockett tomorrow evening.
It will be over the 20" record book minimum, but not quite make the 21" all-time minimum.

Do you know what the shrinkage was, if any?
By my measurement, he shrunk 1/8 inch in both directions.
Was 21", now 20 3/4"
Official measurement came in at 20 7/8"
He made the 2016-2018 record book, but just 1/8" shy of the all-time record book.
That bear is awesome. Would love to know the story behind his dentition

Stopped by the taxidermist today.
Bear rug shell just installed - needs eyes and then sent off for backing and then back for paint.
Should be back in a couple months
