for the cost of chevy...I think i'd be very happy with both...I need a commuter, parking my chevy at dia is a pita sometimes. This would be my second benz of that gen, so i know em, and love the old ones....Now, just need to figure out how to un fubar em if this crap ever happens. Any other ideas?
Let me know if you sell that dirtymax my neighbor is in the market for one.
Good choices brother just make sure you look over them awesome rides real good but I think the dodge might be a auto if so don't touch it with a 10 foot pole DODGE CAN'T MAKE A GOOD AUTO plus they are electronicly controlled so in a emp or solar flare you might go 35 mph. 5speed gets better mileage also
I would say since he states rebuilt tranny it's more than likely auto

Or just get a 5 speed one thing you should be aware of though is the nv4500 has been known to have the 5th gear ring nut back off and you loose 5th gear. It is caused by lugging the truck in 5th gear. It can be fixed 3 ways 1st ring nut retainer clip 2nd you can weld the nut to your input shaft this is the best way if you plan on building the tranny later on 3rd get all new billet interals and have a bullet proof tranny
