As long as u declare its ammo ups or fedex shouldn't be a prob. It will be ground only.

FYI: Don't use duct tape when shipping or mailing anything! It fouls up the routing system belts and gums everything up.

ETA: the reason I say this is because sometimes the shipper rejects your package if it has duct tape on it.
