I just did my first upper body at the gym tonight, and officially back on the three day a week program now. I didn't over do anything on the shoulder for rotator cuff motion, but I did pick some higher weights for non RC motion. Probably wasn't a good idea, but I did it anyways. I'm about to have less time per week now, but whatever...I need to get back to doing it. Mon&Fri upper body, Wed leg night.
Now to hit the music practice hard, lesson tomorrow night.
Warm up, scales, practice two songs, more scales, and then I can mess around.
