breathing and squeeze are easy to coordinate. If youre Trying to coordinate those two with your heart beat, then you've got some magic pixie dust crap and you should send some my way!

Apparently now YouTube allows you to adjust the playback speed of the video you are watching. Watching TheBelly at 1.5 speed is awesome!
