i'm thinking if building an ar15 a1 type in 5.45 with iron wood furniture hopefully in their baltic birch laminate and especially if i can find one of those old ar47 lowers and tweak it to work with my east german bakelite 74 mags :)

if the russian surp 5.45 is no dirtier than wolf .223 then it should be fine. i only shoot wolf in my a1 carbine and i've never cleaned it (treat my ar like an ak and it's never had a malfunction)Quote:
