Don't know the reasoning for the hold over but I would guess it was to get more time to make sure they have the votes to push it thru.
The anti-gun people seem very adept at working on politicians to get them back on the reservation. Not sure if it is money, political pressure or just old fashinioned arm twisting.Quote:
