I work out three times a day... breakfast, lunch, dinner... my stomach is tough... lol
Five days a week myself at my local Bally's. It's one of the few things I look forward to on a daily basis...
Weights and biking/hiking/walking/running. Hope to try out cross country skiing one of these weekends. Oh, snowshoeing but I haven't been yet this season.
