So, I'm going to cook up steaks for Valentine's Day. Ribeye is the most flavorful cut, right? I don't know too much about steak. Any advice from you guys would be greatly appreciated.
I really need to get with Jim, but the last time we spoke on the phone.......... at the end of the call he said.. "hey, don't ever call me again".

I brought the wife to KS. this week to visit the grandbaby trunk monkeys, isn't that enough ?
I also picked up some nice little diamond earrings and a mushy card for her to wake up to on Valentines morning and will take her to an early dinner before the evening dinner rush. Then back to CO. On Saturday.
Grey, ribeyes are good for sure. Whatever cut ya get, get your grill as hot as you can get it, and cook 'em quick. There are some guidelines on the net from places like Omaha steaks and such.
Thickness/ time limits over the heat.
