Do they make different height rear sights?

Sorry BC. I have the factory night sights on my Glock 19 and love them.
Oh yea, this was just a friend's Shield we were borrowing for the day, gotta return it tomorrow. He swears by them, but says they're only defensive sights and even he can never get decent groups (which in my opinion, makes practicing hard).
Mrs BC liked the Trijicon HD Orange night sights on my M&P40c, so we may end up getting her those (she liked the idea of night sights), but will start with the pistol and a holster.
If you can't shoot decent groups at the range, you're never going to be able to do it under pressure.
Yup, exactly what he talked about. And I agree, they work well for getting on paper. However, I'm more likely to practice with a given pistol if I can shoot it at the range and get good groups. If not, the "meh why bother" mentality sets in because you can always get them on paper. Not that I would actually advocate that, just saying I don't see the point.
Exactly, and less likely to practice with it. What's the fun in shooting a pistol and not trying to get small groups? [Dunno]
Yup, she'd aim at the head and hit 10" low sometimes. Started aiming lower on the target and then it'd hit high for some reason. I thought she was shooting it weird, tried it and had the same problems.
We then shot my M&P40c for a while and she was getting 1" groups (just off of a 2" orange sticky dot) with each mag at 10yds. I was impressed. Until I nailed the center of it on the first try [Tooth]
Its a tool that can save your life by (possibly) ending someone else's.
anyone that's scored me at a ipsc shoot will know that I ask only two questions:
1) did I hit all the bad guys?
2) did I shoot any hostages?
i REALLY beat myself up about those two questions.
