I did see on a morning show the other day, right before lunch....one of the US Olympians was showing some of his basic core exercises. Basically a plank, but you lift one arm and turn your body, as if to wave to someone back behind you....then switch over to the other arm, and repeat.
I don't think my shoulders are quite ready to even attempt such a maneuver yet.
