I finally did it, I hit the magic number!!! [WooHoo]
My wife asked me to see my new rifle (after I told her I was playing with it this morning). She looked at it and said "Oh WOW! Why did you want such a large gun?!". I said for long range target shooting. I then pulled out a 9mm case to show her what she shoots normally. Then, I pulled out the 50 BMG case and said "This is what the rifle shoots".
Her: [Eek1]
Me: [ROFL1]
After explaining, she then started laughing and said "Well how am I supposed to know, I don't even know how many guns you have!"
JACKPOT!!
I have reached the number of guns that my wife can't keep track anymore, so if a new one shows up in the safe, she wont notice! [LOL]
That's good. I always say - come on you shot that one last spring, don't you remember? Damn your memory sucks.
Cool. One of the science labs at the museum last night was about that. The element table and how each element looks/spectrum bars. Dude had a "magic light box" he flipped some switches for different light intensity/spectrum, and we could see the bars light up in different colors/order. I didn't ask him, what happens when your object has 20 different elements, how does the equipment sort out all the different spectrums for the different elements?
Lobo, I hope ya got the shit storm handled, the wife to the doc (hope she's doing alright), and out to the range with the rifle for DGS #1.
sup ho's?
Bummer on the head cold HC, hope ya get the upper end on that soon. With sick folks around me this week, I feel I"ve dodged a bullet by not catching what they had.
