This. I'd much prefer a mancave on a main level so I can get a mill, lathe, ridiculously large gun safe, etc installed in there.

Since we're wishing about shit now, I'd like to have about 80 acres, hilly, and have the majority of my home built into a hill.

NICE. West of 25 on hwy 66, there are 2 - 3 homes built underground. .

I'm all for warmer weather to be a regular part of daily activities.
