Trust me, we'd like to know too. It's pretty nasty, what ever it is.

I'd start with your new[er] home. Carpets, heating system, do you have good ventilation of sewer gasses from the roof, Lots of things within the home can be the patient zero so to speak, for this on going illness your family has been stricken with.
Something simple as a pc of carpet, flooring, anything change with both dish and clothes washer detergent?
Here's my theory:
With this sickness, I've had really bad temperature swings, from 97.0 to 101.3. When I'm feeling cold, I have been wrapped up in an electric blanket to feel warm. As I discovered on the internet (ha! Internet medical advice!), hives are commonly caused by heat. Right before bed I was feeling warm enough, so I took the electric blanket off and set it next to me on the couch, touching my left leg. About 30 mins ago, my left leg started itching, so I looked at it, and sure enough, hives all over my leg where it was in contact with the hot electric blanket. No changes in soap or laundry detergent in the last few months. I'm pretty sure it's the heat. If it's not better by tomorrow morning, I'm going to see a doc.
As far as the actual illness goes, I'm pretty sure HB Jr brought it home from daycare...
You don't need a Dr. for hives. Surely you have benedryl on hand, take that for the reaction. Also clean the area with witch hazel. It's an astringent, which helps with the itchyness, and to cool the skin down.
Some folks believe the electrical current create a magnetic field, which supposedly throws the body's natural harmonics off. Causing not only an imbalance, but a weakening of one's immune system.
Interesting. I've been using electric blankets all my life. [Dunno]. As far as the doctor goes, the hives are getting worse and I still don't know exactly what's causing them. Since I have sweet socialized healthcare and I can visit a doctor for free (if I can even get an appointment today) i may as well try to get in.
Now it's caught up to you. I really like eb's. About 5 years ago stopped using one. Less head & body aches that use to come on mid - late afternoon.
They are like cell phones. While most discredit the negative side, there is some potential for health issues. You're an adult, you decide.
Remember people laughed when studies about allergies to carpets and mold came out.

I have a healthy level of skepticism about electromagnetic effects on the body, but I don't deny that the effects are real. I think as time goes on, we (humanity) are going to realize that a lot of things we have been doing for a long time have really messed us up.
Check out Bulletheads if they don't have to be Hornady.

I have a bunch of these: http://www.midwayusa.com/product/939...n-hollow-point and they shoot really well, but Midway keeps jacking up the price. I got them on sale a few months back for $53 per 500 with free shipping.
