I'll bet the history at the Flats would be very interesting to know...you know, the behind the scenes stuff.

Gotta realtor coming over this afternoon to get an idea of the *really* important stuff that needs done for market, etc.... and get an idea of what a solid asking price would be. Comps are kinda worthless because there aren't too many places out here like this one.
