Thanks fellers, if I get it, .....it's a little more than I wanted to spend, but it's a nice place and it's literally 5 minutes from work by car.

I could ride my bicycle to commute....two car garage, room for the pool table...and minimum yard maintenance....in a nice neighborhood.

I think we should head over to Flyboys........his fridge is full of good beer and stuff.

Sounds awesome. Don't underestimate the value of a short or no commute. I spend $3k+ each year commuting. It's money that I don't have in my pockets.

Nope. I avoid flying at all costs. I used to do a lot of it and I always thought it would get easier or more enjoyable. It didn't. The only place I'll fly is Hawaii.
