claim set up. USAA will be contacting the other insurance company for the money portion. I won't have to worry about that. I haven't gotten repairs or an estimate done. All of the places USAA has listed as 'preferred' vendors are of teh same company: Caliber Collision. I've never heard of them, but they aren't getting great google reviews. I'm worried about the repairs.

James shouted racial slurs at Team Members at the hotel front desk and threatened to urinate/ejaculate on Team Members and Guests. James cannot be found at this time.
WTF is wrong with people?
