Just have found that doing anerobic workouts and general strength stuff is really improving my running. Want to do more.

You ever hear of the dying cockroach? And from there toe touches?
Now I'm hungry
I don't think I have. I'll look it up.
Planche is cool, and I'd love to be able to do that. Watched another video and it breaks it down into 16 different steps, that it suggests you practice 100 times a day, 500 times a week. That's like a part time job.

Start small.....I nearly broke my neck doing handstand push ups.
This "transitioning" thing is stupid.

I got up to the 25lb dumbbell and that's all the further I went, just increased reps from there. Tried the 30lb, but the size of the dumbbell made it awkward. You have to keep legs straight, and no sloppy swinging or it's cheating.
You also can't really beat the different variations of the plank, I'll take planks over sit-ups any day.
Hanging leg raises and "windshield washers" are brutal.
I like this video. Every time I come across one of these videos, I always have a hard time deciding what I want to do, and then remembering what I decided, while I'm actually working out. I spend more time thinking about what I want to do, than actually doing anything.
lots of good stuff in that video, Irving.
I've done many of those shown when I was going to the gym regularly. Some I'd not seen before.
