I've read reports that very recently (within ~1 week of his "accident"), Chuck Shumer pulled strings to change the Congressional doctor for Fetterman & that this doctor prescribed a combination of meds, predominantly high blood pressure meds, that (when taken together without ramp up time to adjust to each one) was practically lethal. If this is true, Fetterman is lucky to still be alive.

Did you see any pictures? He got 22 stiches across his forehead. Certainly not something I would consider to be "minor".
