Got a pound of spicey Antelope sausage that need to use up. Need some sort of sausage/egg casserole recipe. Post up ideas.
How about a dinner suggestion, jambalaya with that sausage. Did some 3 mights ago with fresh smoked bratwurst. Or the usual breakfast burritos with it, smother with chili verde AND some diced chilis wrapped inside, oh yeah.Quote:
