Sitting at the Ford dealership getting the 35,000 mile check up for my work car. I told them there is a gash in the driver rear tire. The service guy came back and said they didn't see any gashes. I brought up the picture on my phone and said, "This is what you're looking for." He was like, "Okay, I'll be right back." Haha. The tech found it before he even got back there. His expression was funny when I showed him the picture. They're taking care of me.
