After a moment of sympathy and reflection on his predicament. I decided to take action...
So I kicked up the engine pump, opened the valve, and hit him with about 75 psi through the 1 inch line...
Not so much a heavy volume, but a nice tight stream. It hit him dead center and rolled him back into the flames...
He didn't re-emerge from the mess. I did feel slightly bad about it, but what else was I gonna do. Not like I'm gonna first aid a rabbit with 3rd degree burns and take it to a vet...
Poor little guy... Later the winds changed and the fire advanced directly toward our truck....
