Still trying to quit the smokes for good. On some meds to help with that, but I'm still struggling with the urges and cravings later in the day and evenings. Working to modify the meds for more gooder success.

I'm way down on beers as opposed to what the norm was for the last several years. Been several nights where I only had 4 or 5....really good for me. Focused on smokes now, and then work harder on the beers, but I'm making progress on both, and that's what really matters.

You'll never embarrass yourself there.. Good guys all in the same boat as you or I....not sharp shooters by any means, just trying to get better with the stages and stuff.

It's a really good time.
