Used to work for the county assessor doing this. Those "unique" floor plans can be a bitch. Curved walls are even more fun. Xactimate is better at those than some of the other software pacs out there. Glad you didn't lose everything.

The one time I've had to do a curved wall, I got it perfect. It was an easy one though. So far, I'll take a roof over a water loss any day.

to be honest, Ritter (the little one) tried to lick Didi's butt the other day while she was in mid-stream. it was pretty gross actually...

Both had to get baths afterwords.

I used to have a barn cat that would run over and dunk its head under the horse when it was taking a piss. Used to joke it was to keep the owls from eating it. Cat disappeared about a year ago. No idea what happened.
