Johanna Reeves is a TRUE BELIEVER in the 2nd Amendment and the private ownership of firearms, and this is the type of law she works in.
In fact NFA-TCA employs her firm for their needs.
She confirmed what I read, if you want to support NFA you have to make your arguments without the 2nd Amendment, as it won't stand up in court.
I am not saying that I agree, I am stating what is case law.
I would suggest that anyone who owns items covered by the NFA read up on the subject.
It may help you down the road if you have a better understanding of this aspect of the law.

Well hell! Got email today needed more information. Evidently when I was compressing my trust down to the 3MB limit, it only did one page! So had to email and upload a good copy! So you guys should be seeing some approvals from the 6/30 e-file showing up.
Form 1 submitted 6/30/16 electronically hit the bank on 7/1/16.
Damn I'm still waiting on a form 1 and 4 from both mailed

The NFA dealer on 68th and Wads was robbed the other day. Does anyone know whats going on with them? Did they lose any NFA items? I'm asking for a friend with a form waiting there.

Update: So apparently staff at aforementioned unnamed LGS were mistaken. I called ATF last week and found out my suppressor should be done by late May (Submitted 10/17/16). They assured me 8 month wait still is in effect, despite being submitted after 7/13/16. [Beer]
Interesting I did mine before 7/13 form 1 and 4 and got nothing yet
