We've had the exact opposite, here. When Comcast's internet is good, it's really really good- but when it's bad, it's horrid. They sent a tech out to test the signal, and he couldn't believe we were getting -anything- (much less TV and internet.) He ran all new cable, replaced all our equipment, fixed a bug that had been plaguing us since 2009 and it actually worked...for three weeks. Then internet began flaking again. On Demand flailed and choked every time we used it. We had to keep resetting the %$@# modem. And now, to add insult to injury, they've jacked up their prices. Time to clean house.
