Vandy-Land is top on my dream sheet. I would Love to be out there. I had my Spyder out there for 3 weeks and loved cruising out to the end of North base. SLO is only about 45 minutes North, you can get great food in Santa Maria, and the Firestone Brewery is about 30 minutes outside of base. GREAT location and cool base... too bad it's still in California.

I have major contacts in pismo for you. I'd hit Morro Bay for some seafood variety , then drive over to Santa Paula for amazing breakfast.
