Santa's Beach. I lost form weight lifting on a squat and both of my knees got hurt. Hope it's not a meniscus re injury on the left one and a new meniscus tear on the right one. Hasn't gone away, but it's getting better. Need to schedule a MD visit for next week. Lost 30% of my squat gainz. Bummed.
