My MIL passed at roughly 6pm tonight. She is in a better place now.
I have made several less than pleasant phone calls to pass on my condolences, but it still sucks.

I'm sorry to hear about that, my Friend. There is nothing easy about experiencing that.....I hope everyone that you called, appreciates the fact you have feelings about having to make the calls, instead of just reacting to the news...if that makes any sense. And that you have to go over it multiple times like that.

Just wanted to call each sib to express my condolences, and I was on good terms with all of them prior. Not really something you can do in a group text. The repetition is what wears on you (3 brothers and 2 sisters).
We buried her Dad ~7 yrs ago, so it's still relatively fresh for all of them.
