Council is the boss of no one, but will still get your message across as they can call around and harass your adjuster's boss. Probably playing phone tag because he is standing on someone else's roof when you call; assuming you're calling during the day.

If you're trying to get ahold of an inside person, they're just ignoring their phone and you should rattle the boss or anyone else you can get ahold of.

That's my goal is to rattle the boss. I've called during the day, during the night.

[Rant1] D-Bag Realtor canceled the showing 15 AFTER he was supposed to be showing. He gave me 1 hours notice that he wanted to show. I have animals and have to figure out WTF to do with them while they are at the showing. I barely dropped the tailgate to let the dogs out and I get the cancellation notice. J$*K*EDI#KIJD@#(

Thanks Brother. We'll see, and I hope at least it goes good, and if it needs replaced....I hope they just step up and do that. I stepped up and blew the money in the first place, for what should be a properly functioning weapon.
