Dump him / her. Inform them 60 minutes is not only unacceptable, but unprofessional. ESPECIALLY with them cancelling after the short notice.

It was a potential buyers Realtor. We informed ours and called Bullshit and ours gladly informed the buyers Realtor on it.

Everyone's a potential buyer. Not everyone's a rude fuker who cancels right after telling you they will be there in 60 minutes.

We had a showing for a house in littleton. The lady was looking to buy it for her daughter. Told us she really liked the house. BUT............ Lots O crossbow action tonight. Also, I used one of those laser gidgys that you put into your firearm, and actually aim and fire at an electronic laser target picker upper thingy.
