Called once in Oct before it was approved and once in Nov after it was approved. That was brutal, I'm definitely more libertarian than ever!
Just got word that my two Form 4s on a single person trust came back today. Charged mid February. Going to pick them up tomorrow.

Phuuuuuuuuuuuck! They said it was going to be 9 months no matter what. And its been 12-16 and 2-17. They said it was received 3-17 and 6-17... so 9 months from then. Where is their multi national customer service complaint number?
I have a bone to pick with how lazy they are and how they have my money they should get off their fat asses and push the paperwork through already.
