Haven't heard of kohlrabi since my grandparents passed in '83; they used to grow it in their garden. Never had much of a taste for it myself - a cabbage tasting turnip of sorts.

Kale is good stuffs if you prep it right - which isn't difficult.
In the HB house, we go through a lot of spinich, kale, collard greens, and other "superfood" stuff like quinoa, flax seed, chia seeds, etc. My wife has some medical dietary restrictions that prompted her to start eating very healthy food which also keeps me out of trouble.
I will pass on the kale and collared greens until it is necessary to eat weeds.
